Associate Site Builder

The Site Builder is responsible for supporting the Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Developers throughout the project delivery lifecycle. The Site Builder will simultaneously work on multiple digital projects within a content management system (CMS).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Incorporate content derived from Client in to the CMS, while working with the development team on any requested styling or functionality changes
  • Ability to configure components to meet client requirements
  • Ability to manage versions of page content and documenting where changes were made
  • Become subject matter expert on CMS, learning functionality and capability of each CMS component, while maintaining overall client goals and objectives of the CMS
  • Ability to talk to project teams (internal / external) on CMS functionality and capabilities
  • In preview environment, validate that all content was incorporated as expected (and that the layout of components were not affected by content edits)
  • Work with project team, specifically QA, to create screenshots of site changes
  • Participate in project team status meetings
  • Ability to communicate status and any issues to Project Manger, while adhering to project deadlines
  • Document the user experience of how to incorporate and update content within the CMS
  • Assist the project team with the creation or updates of documentation business requirements or functional specifications
  • Effectively communicate and consult with internal teams, 3rd party vendors, and client in order to perform job responsibilities
  • Coordinate with development and testing teams to facilitate testing of projects, including regression testing and user acceptance testing
  • Coordinate with internal team on post-project maintenance and support activities
  • Facilitate end user training, as needed, and creating training documentation or other supporting project artifacts as needed

Qualified candidates should possess the following:

  • Self directed, self motivated, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Functional understanding of project lifecycle, including internal and external processes
  • Functional knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts
  • Understanding of how to build pages, and templates within a CMS
  • Exceptional candidates should possess the following:
  • Experience managing content within CMS platform(s), particularly within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and/or Drupal
  • Understanding of CMS architecture and configuration
  • Understanding of global asset repositories: how to organize within the repository, and how to pull asset(s) on to a page of content


Bachelors degree, preferably in business or technology related field, or equivalent experience
